US Secretary of State: Israel must face tough choices
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken says that he told the leaders of the Zionist regime in Tel Aviv that they have to make "hard choices" in order to normalize relations with most of their neighbors.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: According to Reuters, the US Secretary of State made this request yesterday (Tuesday, January 10) during a conversation with the leaders of the Israeli regime in Tel Aviv.

According to this media report, this request was made in order to pave the way for the formation of an independent Palestinian government.

During his fourth trip to West Asia, Blinken also asked Israel to support Palestinian leaders who want to live peacefully alongside Israelis.

He warned Israeli leaders about the daily casualties of the war with Hamas in Gaza and said that these casualties are very high.

According to the Reuters report, after meeting with the leaders of the Israeli regime in a press conference, the US Secretary of State did not provide an explanation about the reaction of Netanyahu and his cabinet to the request for the formation of an independent Palestinian state.

According to this media report, Mr. Blinken only said that Israel must make "hard decisions and choices" to take advantage of the opportunity that will lead to its integration into the Middle East.

The US Secretary of State added that Palestinian leaders should also correct their behavior and improve their government, and Israel should stop taking actions that weaken it.

He also criticized the conflict and violence of settlers, the expansion of settlements, demolitions and evictions in the West Bank and said that these actions make Israel's work to achieve peace and tranquility more difficult.

During the fourth round of his trip to West Asia, the US Secretary of State discussed with the leaders of different countries about preventing the spread of the Gaza war and increasing humanitarian aid to this region.

But according to a Reuters report, while he was speaking at a press conference in Tel Aviv, the conflict in Gaza and the exchange of fire between Israeli forces and Hezbollah forces continued in Mazer with Lebanon.

The ongoing war between the Zionist regime and Hamas, which began on October 7, has been one of the deadliest wars between the two sides.

According to the report of the Gaza Ministry of Health, so far 23 thousand 210 Palestinians have been martyred in the attacks of the Israeli regime on the Gaza Strip.

1,200 Israelis were killed in Hamas attacks on Israeli cities on October 7th, and this movement took another 200 hostages and brought them to Gaza.
