Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: "Seyed Rohullah Hosseini", Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul, and "Ostad Kashifi", Head of the Faculty of Persian Language and Literature of Parwan University, met at the Embassy's cultural counseling center about various issues, including the Persian language.
It is said that in this meeting, while congratulating the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan and the arrival of the spring of nature and the New Year, he stated: the two brother and Muslim countries of Iran and Afghanistan have many cultural and linguistic commonalities, and the history and culture of the two nations are under no circumstances different from each other.
Quoting Tasnim, Hosseini added: Iran's cultural consultancy is ready to cooperate with Parwan University in cultural, scientific, research and academic sectors.
Prof. Kashfi, the head of Parwan Persian Language and Literature Faculty, also emphasized that the people of Iran and Afghanistan are a single nation that has many cultural, linguistic, civilizational and social commonalities.
He also called for cultural and academic cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Parwan University.
In this meeting, it was also emphasized that in the near future, a memorandum of cooperation in the scientific, cultural and research sectors between Parwan University and the universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be established, and an Iranology room will also be established in Parwan University.
