Bamyan police press conference/ From the collection of 156 million afghanis to the statistics of arrests and accidents

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Bamyan: Officials at the Bamyan Security Command say that in the current solar year, 166 different incidents including murder, theft, moral corruption, buying and selling of drugs, etc, occurred in this province.

 

Officials at the Bamyan Security Command stated this issue on (Monday, March 19) during a press conference with the aim of presenting the functions and achievements of this department for one year.

 

Mohammad Khwani Rasa, the spokesperson of the Bamyan Security Command, says that during 1402 AH, this department collected 156 million Afghanis for the distribution of passports, travel permits and driving licenses.

 

The spokesperson of the Bamyan Police Command adds that during the current year, 11 murders and 13 suicides have occurred in this province, and 17 people have been arrested in connection with the murders.

 

Mohammad Khawani Rasa states that during 1402 AH, 44 people including 32 men, three women and nine children died as a result of 39 traffic incidents and at least 30 others were injured.

 

According to the officials, during the current year, 115 acres of drug fields were destroyed in this province, three suspected drug factories were seized and 510 drug addicts were treated.
