Forced transfer of people from Rafah city will be considered a "war crime"
On Sunday, March 24th, French President Emmanuel Macron told the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, Benjamin Netanyahu, that any forced transfer of people from the city of Rafah, located in the south of Gaza, would be considered a "war crime".
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The French President's office said that he and Netanyahu spoke by phone. In this call, Macron also strongly condemned Israel's decision on Friday to seize 800 hectares of land located in the West Bank, the land where Netanyahu's administration plans to build new settlements.

Some activists say that the announcement by the Zionist regime that the land north of the Jordan Valley is now "state land" is the biggest takeover of its kind in decades.

In this call, Macron reiterated his opposition to any military operation against Hamas in the Rafah region, where most of the Gaza population has taken refuge after months of fierce fighting in the besieged region.

In this call, the French president also told Netanyahu that his country will submit a draft resolution to the United Nations Security Council and calls for an "immediate and lasting ceasefire".

The French president has asked Israel to open all crossings in Gaza.

The Elysee Palace said that Macron also spoke with King Abdullah II of Jordan about the "unjustifiable humanitarian situation in Gaza".

The leaders of the two countries - France and Jordan - have said that forcing civilians to risk starvation is "unjustifiable".

The ground attack plan of the Zionists on the Rafah region has faced increasing international opposition, But Israel, especially Netanyahu, insists that ground operations in this region are necessary to "destroy Hamas."

The recent war in the Gaza Strip began on October 7, 2023, after the Hamas movement attacked Israel in the Al-Aqsa storm operation, and its fighters killed nearly 1,160 Zionists and took more than 240 hostages, including 129 hostages.

Now, as a result of the attacks of the Zionist regime, most of the Gaza Strip has been destroyed. According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, more than 32,000 people have been martyred as a result of Israel's attacks, most of whom are women and children.
