First customer services center has officially opened by Afghan Wireless Communications Company (AWCC) in Panjshir.

The residents of Shirkhan Bandar Kunduz complain about the low quality of telecommunications services and say that they have to use the telecommunications services of Tajikistan. However, the officials of "Etra" or telecommunication service regulation in Kunduz stated that they have installed a device base in this area to increase the quality.
