At least six people were killed when a vehicle ran off road in Afghanistan's southern province of Helmand on Sunday, officials said.

The victims were returning from a wedding party when the vehicle they were travelling in fell into a canal around 7:00a.m. in Aopashak area of Gereshk district.
The deaths included women and four children between one and six years of age. Six people were also injured in the incident. They included one child and four women.
