Lawyer Noor Mohammad Haidary, Speaking to AVA, said: that the security forces should treat citizens as representatives of the law, and any harassment of the accused person is considered a legal violation.
 
This lawyer also had the means that the violent behavior of the security forces can lead to the weakening of public trust in the country's security forces.
 
He emphasized that according to the Islamic and international human rights laws, any torture, beating and other inhumane behaviors against the accused are not allowed under any circumstances, because the accused have the right to defend themselves in court, based on this, the punishment of the accused by the forces Security is illegal.
 
Mr. Haidary stated that judges can determine the punishment for the accused based on acceptable evidence and evidence, adding that the right to determine the punishment, determine the maximum punishment, determine the conditions of the punishment, determine the time and place of execution of the punishment, and determine the conditions of release after serving the punishment. According to the laws, it is one of the jurisdictions of the judicial bodies of the country.
 
According to his words, the country's security forces should always deal with the defendants while protecting the rights of a human being, and any violence and abuse of power will cause people to distance themselves from the government and the security forces.
 
At the same time, Ismatullah Yousefi, another legal expert, told AVA that according to Islamic laws and other laws of the country, the security forces do not have the authority to punish the accused and publish their pictures without a court order, because the punishment of the accused is one of the jurisdictions of the country's judiciary.
 
He also pointed out that every accused person has a basic and fundamental right in the judicial system of many countries, including Afghanistan, to defend the accusation against him in court by observing the laws and judicial regulations of the country.
 
Yousefi added that the improper handling of the accused by the security forces can increase tensions and violence in the society, adding that the security forces should deal with the accused in accordance with the laws and human rights, because improper dealing with the accused causes people's lack of trust and dissatisfaction. It is related to the government.
