Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: "Maria Zakharova", the spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated in an interview that Western leaders ignore the nuclear rhetoric of the Zionist regime due to the double standards of their policies.
Sputnik news agency reported that Zakharova said in an interview with Rashatodi channel: "The West shows double standards. Just today, we pointed out the position of the West, in which it condemns all terrorist acts in the Middle East countries, considers them illegal, while the West ignores similar terrorist acts, for example, by Kiev against Russian civilian installations. If you think that this is only a problem with the current American government, I must say that it is not so."
Zakharova also said that US President Joe Biden's statements about the "two-state" solution to the Palestinian issue and the Zionist regime should be accompanied by some measures, but we have not yet seen any action in this regard.
Earlier this month, Biden said that when the war between the Zionist regime and the Palestinian resistance movement ends, from the point of view of the United States, a "two-state solution" will be needed to create an independent Palestinian state.
Emphasizing that these statements in support of the two-state solution should be accompanied by concrete actions in order to implement them, Zakharova said that this solution is enshrined in international legal documents and therefore, "denying this process even for presidents America will also be a challenge."
In another part of this conversation, this Russian diplomat told Rashatudi, "In the spring of 2020, Kiev asked for negotiations with Russia, and Russia agreed to it and started negotiations." But it was the West, Washington and London that actually prevented Kiev from negotiating with our country."
