Iran's humanitarian aid to Herat earthquake victims was timely and valuable

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: On Thursday October 12, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah met with Hassan Kazemi Qomi, the special representative of the president and ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Afghanistan, and the accompanying delegation.

 

According to Dr. Abdullah's Facebook page, in this meeting, he appreciated the humanitarian assistance, especially the valuable and timely cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the victims of the recent earthquakes in Herat province.

 

Dr. Abdullah has also pointed out the necessity of continuing these cooperations, considering the proximity of Iran's border with the affected areas.
 

In addition, in this meeting, current issues in Afghanistan and the region were discussed.
