He also stated about the attack of the Palestinian resistance on Israel that this attack "permanently changed" the situation in the Middle East region and "laid the ground for malicious actors to create instability in the region and beyond."
Kurila added: Iran saw this situation as a rare opportunity to shape the Middle East in its favor.
He emphasized that neither Iran nor America is looking for a direct war with each other.
