The Kremlin accused Macron of increasing intervention in the Ukraine war
The spokesman of the Kremlin, in response to the recent statements of the French president, shows the country's increased participation in the Ukraine conflict, which is in conflict with the interests of Paris.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov said that French President Emmanuel Macron is pushing his country to war in Ukraine more than ever.

According to IRNA, citing TASS, Peskov said on Thursday: Macron believes that his approach can impose a strategic defeat on our country. He continues to increase the level of direct French involvement in this war. From our point of view, this issue is in no way compatible with the interests of the French people.

He stated that French officials have made contradictory statements in recent days and added: On the one hand, Macron raises the possibility of sending foreign forces to Ukraine, and on the other hand, the French Foreign Minister denies the possibility of sending such forces.

Macron hosted opposition leaders at the Elysee Palace on Thursday to discuss France's support for Ukraine, but no agreement was reached after more than three hours of talks.

After this meeting with domestic leaders, the president emphasized that he does not follow "any limits" to help Kiev and does not consider this action to increase tensions, but rather a "proportionate response" from Paris to Moscow's actions.

French President Emmanuel Macron said last week after hosting a meeting with the presence of leaders and high-ranking officials of 20 countries in Paris: "Currently, there is no consensus to send troops to the battlefield."

He added, but "nothing can be denied." "We will do whatever it takes to prevent Russia from winning."

On Tuesday, the President of France asked the European countries as allies of Kyiv not to act cowardly on the issue of the war in Ukraine.

On the other hand, French Foreign Minister Stephane Sejournay said: There are doubts about the possibility of our long-term support for Ukraine.

He also said about the continued support of the United States to Ukraine: the uncertainty about the American elections raises the question of whether Washington will be with us after that or not?
