America asked Afghanistan and Pakistan to resolve their differences through dialogue
In response to the military conflict between Afghanistan and Pakistan, Karin Jean-Pierre, the spokesperson of the White Palace, said that the United States wants the authorities of Pakistan and the Islamic Emirate to resolve their differences through dialogue.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Qasr Sefid spokesperson Karin Jean-Pierre said on Monday (March 19) that the Islamic Emirate should ensure that terrorist attacks are not launched from Afghanistan.

These statements of the spokesman of Qasr Sefid were made after the Islamic Emirate strongly condemned the airstrikes of Pakistan on Sunday night on two districts of Paktika and Khost provinces and called it an encroachment on the territory of Afghanistan.

In response to a question, Jean-Pierre told reporters: "We are deeply affected by the loss of life and injuries caused by the attacks in Pakistan and the deaths of civilians during the attacks in Afghanistan."

This White Palace official also asked the Islamic Emirate not to allow terrorist groups to carry out attacks.

He said: "We ask the Taliban to assure that terrorist attacks will not be launched from Afghanistan." We also ask Pakistan to exercise restraint and ensure that civilians are not harmed in counter-terrorism efforts."

Jean-Pierre also asked the officials of Pakistan and the Islamic Emirate to resolve their differences through dialogue.

"We are committed to ensuring that Afghanistan never again becomes a safe haven for terrorists seeking to harm the United States or our other partners or allies," the White House official added. So, we have made this very clear and we are steadfast in this direction."

Meanwhile, the government of Pakistan has announced that the target of the operation based on intelligence information was "terrorists associated with the Hafiz Gul Bahadur group". In the announcement, it is said that the Bahadur group, along with the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, was responsible for numerous terrorist attacks inside Pakistan, which caused the death of hundreds of civilians and security forces.

The announcement also states that during the past two years, Pakistan has repeatedly shared with the Islamic Emirate its concerns about the presence of terrorist groups, including the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, inside Afghanistan.

Vedant Patel, the deputy spokesperson of the US State Department, also made similar statements about Pakistan's air attack on Afghanistan and said that it is important to take measures to minimize casualties.

However, he called Pakistan an important and key partner of the United States and said that when it comes to fighting terrorism and other common security priorities, the United States is in regular communication with Pakistan.

It should be noted that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has always said that they will not allow any group to use Afghanistan's soil against any country.
