Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The Ministry of Education announced yesterday (Sunday, September 4) that Ron McCaman, the head of the US Education Development Program, plans to launch online education for children and youth in remote areas of Afghanistan.

This ministry has not given more details in the field; but he added that Sheikh Mawlavi Noorullah Munir, the Minister of Education, expressed his gratitude for the decision of educational services for Afghans.

Mr. Munir added that Afghanistan is trying to fight the problems with the support of the international community.

This is despite the fact that it has been more than a year since the Islamic Emirate has not allowed girls above the sixth grade to go to school.
