Mr. Mazari considered the creation of an all-inclusive government of followers of all religions, all languages and all provinces as one of the conditions of the Tebyan center.
He called the Islamic and progressive constitution, which defines all the rights of the members of the society, among other conditions.
This religious scholar said that the rights of Shiites, the legitimacy of religion and the school of Shias, and personal status should be approved.

He said that in the last 20 years, the middle forces of the government had no role in corruption and destruction these leaders have been the cause of corruption and misery for the people and the country.
