Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): On the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayed Ali Akbar Misbah Mazari and his loyal companions Noor-ul-Haq, one of his comrades in holy Mashhad told AVA reporter: In 1360 AH, when the people and other jihadist movements were engaged in wars were armed and military operations against the Russians, Martyr Misbah, in addition to military activities, was active by forming a cultural department in Mount Alborz and activating educational guilds, political ideology and first aid in the direction of intellectual and professional empowerment of the Mujahedeen.
He added: Martyr Misbah's role in northern Afghanistan was central and vital. He wanted to wake up, fight and save the Afghan nation. With a group of his comrades in the most difficult conditions of the rule of the people and the flag, he carried the flag of the struggle and created sparks of hope and light in those suffocating conditions with regular organizations and the creation of combat units, and by broadcasting Shabnama and setting up strikes and guerilla operations to the nation.
Regarding the characteristics of Martyr Misbah Mazari, Noor-ul-Haq said: He did not pay attention to position, fame, air and lust at all, and having uniform clothes and at least food in the most difficult conditions, he acted for the satisfaction of God and to fulfill his religious duty.
He added: Martyr Misbah believed in the line of Imam Khomeini (RA) in his campaigning life after the Prophet and Ahl al-Bayt (AS). This honorable martyr was one of the founders of armed jihad in the north of the country.
