Torkham crossing was closed again hours after reopening
The press office of the governor of the Islamic Emirate in Nangarhar has announced that the Torkham crossing has been closed again to the traffic of passengers and trolley cars, hours after it was reopened on Thursday.
​​​​​Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the governor of the Islamic Emirate published a notice today (Thursday, February 23) saying that this crossing has been closed by the Pakistani authorities.
 
Before this, the Afghan Embassy in Pakistan announced last night that the Torkham border crossing will be open for passengers, transportation of goods and trade during this Thursday.
