Israeli warplanes attacked Aleppo airfield in Syria
The fighters of the Zionist regime targeted the Aleppo International Airport in Syria, which was taken out of service due to damage to the runway.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The official Syrian News Agency (SANA) reported, quoting a military source, that at 02:07 of morning (Tuesday, March 7), the Israeli enemy attacked from the Mediterranean Sea in the west of Latakia. Aleppo International Airport was targeted by air strikes.

This military source stated that material damage has been done to Aleppo International Airport and said: Currently, the activities of this airport have been stopped.

"Al-Mayadeen" network, while confirming the attack of the Zionist regime's fighters on the Aleppo International Airport, reported that the air defense system of the Syrian Army is dealing with hostile missiles.

This network also reported that the runway of the Aleppo airport was out of service and the "Al Nirab" military air base was also targeted by Zionist fighters.

About two weeks ago, at the same time as the Zionist warplanes attacked a radar site in the north of al-Suwayda province in Syria, a residential building in the south of Damascus was also targeted, as a result of which several people were killed and injured.

These aerial attacks by the Zionist regime on Syria are at a time when the Syrian government has repeatedly sent letters to the United Nations and the UN Security Council, condemning these attacks and asking them to stop.
