The preparations for the reopening of the embassies of Saudi Arabia and Iran are being prepared
In a telephone conversation, Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan, while congratulating Iran's Foreign Minister Hussain Amir Abdullahian on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, also talked about the diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: In this phone call, the Saudi Foreign Minister emphasized the future meeting of the foreign ministers and the reopening of the embassies of the two countries, referring to the positive achievements of the Beijing meeting.
In this conversation, Amir Abdullahian, while congratulating each other on the holy month of Ramadan and welcoming the return of relations between Riyadh and Tehran to normal, emphasized the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to develop and strengthen relations with Saudi Arabia.
The foreign ministers of the two countries agreed to meet each other as soon as possible and make preparations for the reopening of embassies and consulates.
The relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran are becoming normal, while there was no political interaction between these two powerful countries of the Middle East in the last seven years. Many observers also consider the improvement of relations between Tehran and Riyadh to the benefit of regional countries.
