Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Syria condemned the aggression of the American occupation forces in some areas of Deir ez-Zor, which killed and injured a number of citizens and caused material damage to them.
In this statement, it is stated that the unbridled lies of the United States regarding the attack on some of its bases are only a failed attempt by this country to justify its aggression and clear violation of the sovereignty of the Syrian Arab Republic and its territorial integrity, as well as to complete the aggression of the Zionist regime and ISIS terrorist elements against residents of this area.
According to the report of the official Syrian news agency (SANA), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Refugees of Syria added: Damascus emphasized on ending the American occupation, the expansion of the Syrian government's rule over all its lands and called on all the countries of the world to condemn these attacks.
Damascus announced that the Americans are transporting 80 tankers of stolen crude oil from the country's oil fields out of Syria through the illegal "Al-Walid" crossing every day.
The condemnation of this action by the Americans comes hours after Joe Biden, in a letter, informed the presidents of the houses of representatives and the senate of this country about his order to attack the positions of the resistance groups in eastern Syria.
He added in this letter: On March 23, our forces launched attacks against bases in eastern Syria in response to a series of attacks and threats of future attacks.
By ignoring the sovereignty of Syria, Biden called this action a necessary action and claimed that this action was taken in accordance with international laws and in the use of the right to defend America.
