Afghan Voice Agency(AVA)_Monitoring, During the meeting, the industrialists shared their problems with the officials of the Ministry of Finance and the governor of Herat in the field of inadequate electricity and the smuggling of foreign products into the country, calling on the leaders of the Islamic Emirate to address these challenges.
The governor of Herat, Sheikh Mawlana Noor Ahmad Islam Jar, also emphasized the standardization of customs affairs by the central government and said that rules and regulations should be applied equally to all customs in the country.
According to the Deputy Finance Minister, corruption in the country’s customs has been totally eradicated, and the Islamic Emirate is committed to preventing the smuggling of foreign goods into the country. He stated that the challenges of industrialists and traders will be considered for finding solutions to them.
