Inauguration of a settlement with 220 residential units for Herat earthquake victims
The largest residential settlement with 220 residential units was inaugurated in "Siyaab" village of Zindajan district of Herat in the presence of the governor, businessmen, officials of government departments, educators and residents of the village and handed over to the victims of the earthquake.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Herat: In this ceremony, Herat Governor Sheikh Noor Ahmad Islamjar expressed his gratitude to the Azizi Foundation for the establishment of the settlement by the Azizi Foundation and to all the businessmen and investors who stood by their people in difficult circumstances.

On the other hand, Mirwais Azizi, the founder of Azizi town in Zinda Jan district of Herat, said: This town was built at the cost of 200 million Afghanis.

According to him, this town has a school, clinic, playground and water well.

Mr. Azizi also added: He is trying to create job opportunities for the earthquake victims in Herat after the delivery of the houses.

This national businessman also announced a big investment for the country's citizens and said: "In the near future, he will invest 10 billion dollars in the construction of railways and electric energy."
 
Mr. Azizi also stated: investment opportunities have been provided in the country, and thousands of young people will be given job opportunities by launching large-scale projects.

It is said that in the past few days, several settlements with dozens of residential houses have been opened and the earthquake victims became the owners of the houses.
