Germany declared the use of "Hashish" legal

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The German Parliament approved the law on the freedom of consumption of hashish and marijuana in a limited form.

 

Based on this new law, people and nightclubs in this country are allowed to grow and keep a limited amount of marijuana.

 

With the approval of this law, from April 1 of this year, "having and planting hashish and marijuana will be legal for people over 18 years of age and for personal use."

 

In the next step, the German state parliament (Bundesrat) will most likely deal with this plan on March 22 of this year.

 

The purpose of passing this law is to prevent the sale of hashish in the black market and to better protect children and teenagers against these narcotic substances.
