Now that we are on the threshold of the holy month of Ramadan, and in the words of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH), the month of divine feast and the month of blessings, mercy and forgiveness, we congratulate the arrival of this great divine party, and we are confident that the days and blessings of this month Mercy, you will use and benefit more than before.
The month of Ramadan is the month of revelation of the Qur'an and its spring. Therefore, recitation and Anas with the Qur'an in this month are emphasized a lot. Reviving the Nights of Qadr and performing its special and common acts, as well as performing a thousand rak'ahs of prayer, have many rewards and great rewards.
Breaking the fast is one of the most auspicious and virtuous deeds in this holy month, which will definitely be of serious concern to the pious believers.
In addition to paying attention to these points, in this blessed and virtuous month, we recommend and order the wealthy, religious scholars, government officials and Muslim people to do the following:
1. According to some narrations, one of the philosophies of the obligation of fasting is to learn about the condition of the poor and the needy; Considering the bad economic conditions and the existence of many needy people in the country, it is necessary for the rich and the middle class of the society to pay special attention to the poor and help them and fulfill their religious duty and achieve the double reward of this month.
2. It is necessary for the relevant authorities of the Islamic Emirate to make serious efforts to meet the needs of the poor and needy.
3. We request the offices of Taqlid authorities and charitable institutions to pay serious attention to the poor of the country in this holy month more than ever before.
4. Respected merchants and price control agents are making serious efforts to lower prices and supply cheap food.
5. The authorities of Sarparast government should provide security, peace of mind, and a place for fasting and worship as desired and without worry for those who are fasting.
6. Respected preachers and missionaries, more than ever before, should keep the mosques lively with religious-cultural programs, and convey the Quranic teachings and the virtues and practices of this holy month in a proper and scholarly way to all religious people, especially God-seeking youth.
7. In the end, we ask all the believers that during the holy days, especially the time of breaking the fast and praying, for the appearance of Imam Zaman (A.S.) and the security and comfort of the country as well as security throughout the world, especially the victory of the oppressed Muslim nation of Gaza and the defeat of their enemies. pray Peace be upon you, may God's mercy and blessings be upon you.
