Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Afghanistan Railway Department says that Ilya Kazakov, the deputy of the Russian Railways, arrived in Kabul yesterday, Thursday, March 28.
According to this department, Mr. Kazakov is supposed to participate in the signing ceremony of the contract for the construction of the fourth section of the second phase of the Herat-Khaf railway after meeting with Mullah Bakht al-Rahman Sharaft, the general director of the Afghanistan Railway Administration.
