Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: European Union Commissioner for Afghanistan Rafaila Iodis says that the European Union and the World Health Organization jointly support cancer patients in Afghanistan.
Ms. Ayudis wrote on her X (Twitter) page that she visited the process of treatment and maintenance of cancer patients in a hospital in Kabul.
It should be noted that the number of cancer patients in Afghanistan is increasing and the health authorities of the Islamic Emirate in coordination with the private sector are trying to establish a treatment complex for this disease in Afghanistan and it is planned to be built.
Earlier, the World Health Organization announced that the rate of cancer in the world will register a 77% growth by 2050.
