I am in wide contact with the citizens of Bamyan from all spectrums and ethnicities and followers of all religions and ways, especially Shiites, and especially since the republic until now, I regularly see their men and women and we meet and talk and cooperate, but still Not even a single person, whether male or female, young or old, was dissatisfied with the state of life during the Islamic Emirate, but they were at the peak of satisfaction and happiness, especially in terms of management, behavior and speech. The good manners of the governor of Bamyan; His Excellency Maulavi Abdallah Sarhadhi expresses his complete happiness and satisfaction and especially in the field of providing security, providing the conditions for intellectual, cultural, religious, social and economic activities, he considers the actions of the governor and other government institutions as an example and example, which during the past 45 years it has no history.
