Iran's Foreign Ministry: There will be no disruption in Iran's effective role in regional and international equations

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran issued a statement following the martyrdom of Ayatollah Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs and accompanying delegation.
He noted: "The honorable martyrs of this bitter and unfortunate incident, gave their blessed lives in the service of Islam and dear Iran, according to sincerity, and in the path of honest service and Sincerely, to the noble nation of Iran, they have attained the great grace of martyrdom. Undoubtedly, the great nation of Iran is grateful for the sincere and honest services of its servants, and the names of these precious and high-ranking martyrs will be recorded with pride in the glorious history of the Islamic Revolution and dear Iran.
The ministry added that Dr. Raisi and Dr. Amir Abdollahian have played a historic, effective and lasting role in the history of politics and foreign relations of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the guise of the president and the minister of foreign affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the last three years. Elevating Iran's position in the international system, strengthening convergence and consolidating bonds of friendship and affection between the countries and nations of the region, as well as the formation of constructive relations in the international system and supporting the establishment of justice at the regional and global level, are part of the tireless efforts of these two Martyr is precious.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran has emphasized that the martyrdom of these outstanding servants of this country will not cause a disruption in the determination of the diplomatic apparatus in securing national interests and playing an effective and constructive role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in regional and international equations.

Once again, this ministry has sincerely thanked and appreciated the expression of human feelings and emotions and the solidarity of heads of states, nations, prominent political and religious personalities and international organizations with the government and people of Iran.

This is while Imam Khamenei (may God bless him and grant him peace), the leader of the Islamic Revolution, following the martyrdom of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and his companions, in a message, while announcing five days of public mourning and condoling with the Iranian nation, as well as approving the first vice president in the position of managing the executive branch and preparing for the Iranian presidential elections.
He mentioned Mr. Amir Abdullahian "Mujahid and active foreign minister".
