Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: According to a statement from the authority, the departments are operational in all districts of the province, including the center. Last year, these departments provided services to 3,028 individuals for corrections in paper identification cards and to 6,916 individuals for life events, issuing 6,146 birth certificates and 770 death certificates.
Furthermore, the electronic identification card distribution branch is active in the province. This branch not only distributes new electronic identification cards to both male and female applicants but also offers services post-distribution, such as the issuance of duplicate ID cards and registration of births and marriages.
