U.S tries to establish two governments in Afghanistan
Hikmatyar son-in-law said U.S and Arab countries are trying to indirectly recognize Taliban as a political state along with the central government.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) reported that Homayoun Jarir addressed in Yaqut Hall in Tehran that the Taliban political office in Qatar is considered as a huge change in U.S and Taliban position.

Pointing to the U.S double faced policies toward Afghanistan, Jarir said U.S and Arab countries are trying to indirectly recognize Taliban as a political state along with the central government.

He believes this U.S step for Taliban puts the U.S-protégé Karzai and its administrations at risk but they can not take constructive measures.

The political expert added U.S plans to change the Afghanistan war form in which no casualties and financial loses would be left.

According to Jarir, to catch its interests in regional and international scale, U.S will not withdraw from Afghanistan post 2014.

Pointing to the Afghan National Consensus Project, Jarir stated the Karzai and Afghan elders-supported plan will be led to electing a candidate in Bonn Conference in which Afghan nation could not have any option but electing a U.S-verified candidate.

The Afghan political expert described the current Afghanistan situation quite different from Bonn Conference 1st period and said no outcome will be achieved unless the clandestine talks in Qatar are ended.

Other reasons can lead the U.S-Taliban talks abortive are the groups influenced on Afghanistan and struggles among Afghan Taliban commanders and those Taliban are in Qatar.

Jarir said U.S with assistance of Pakistan and Arab countries are financially supporting Taliban and pressurizing them to compromise with U.S after 2014 unlike the Afghan government objections.

Pointing to the considerable changes in Taliban slogan "we will continue Afghanistan will even if one foreign soldier is in Afghanistan", Jarir said the U.S especial envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan travel, Obama-Karzai video communication and the recent Taliban spokesman statements prove these Taliban political changes.

Calling the National Consensus Project very efficacious but the political expert said as long as National Consensus is led by U.S puppets such as Karzai and Khalilzad etc, no solution will be worked out.

While pointing to the Hizb-e Islami opposition to the Taliban political office opening, Jarir quoted Hizb-e Islami as saying that Taliban office opening is a big mistake since Taliban said through a statement that they would continue the war as long as foreign troops remain in Afghanistan.

According to Hizb-e Islami, transparent and fair election is the sole way to put an end to the Afghanistan crisis.

Jarir said all Afghan political parties should be unified and cooperated to overcome the problems and no groups should be ignored.

He counted Taliban Tehrik Islami, Hizb-e Islami, North Front and Shiites as vital parties in Afghanistan peace process.
