AVA- General Command of Police Special Units launched a special operation in Langar village, Qadis district, Badghis province.
As a result, seven armed Taliban were killed and 11 other armed Taliban were wounded.
In the meantime, General Command of Police Special Units and Afghan National Army carried out a joint operation in Mahtarlam city, Laghman province.
A senior member of the armed Taliban was arrested during the operation.
The Afghan National Defense and Security Forces have stepped up Counter-Terrorism operations to suppress the insurgency activities of the terror groups.
