Ghani arrives in Paktika to open new Governor House building

Heading a high-level delegation, Ghani reached Sharan, the provincial capital, early in the morning.
The two-storey building has been constructed in standard way at a cost of 13 million afghanis. 
The president will also meet military and local officials during separate meetings and will address a huge gathering later in the day.
