Afghan interior ministry's personnel barred from opining about peace

Saleh has said that the issue of negotiation falls under the authorities of the leadership of the government, not armed forces.
He said that the issue of negotiation would leave no impact on the structure, goals and development plans of the interior ministry.
The personnel have also been barred from expressing views on media about the government’s foreign policy.
Amrullah Saleh was appointed as acting interior minister last week.
He has issued a number of instructions to interior ministry’s personnel, including barring them from visiting foreign embassies.
