French football club Olympique de Marseille on Wednesday signed Italian football star Mario Balotelli on free transfer.

AVA- In a statement, the club said that Balotelli, 28, inked deal until the end of the 2018-2019 season.
Balotelli has moved to Olympique de Marseille after another French club Nice released him.
The Italian striker previously played for many European football giants such as Italian archrivals Inter Milan and AC Milan and English clubs Liverpool and Manchester City.
This season Balotelli could not score any goal for Nice.
Balotelli has netted 14 goals in 36 international appearances for Italy since August 2010.
