Deadly Blast on Civilians in Nangarhar

The explosion occurred in Chaparhar district bazaar where crowds of civilians were passing the area.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman for Nangarhar governor told media, a civilian was martyred and nine others have been injured in the blast.
Doctors in a medical hospital of Nangarhar reported the health status of two injured of the incident critical.
So for no individual or group has commented the responsibility of the event, but local sources blamed Taliban for the event.
Taliban mostly planted bombs and mines on busy roads of the provinces, which victimized civilians.
