Circles in IEC favouring certain candidate: Abdullah
Abdulalh Abdullah's running mate on Saturday accused the Independent Election Commission of deviating from rules as it warned of efforts to validate non-biometric votes.

Speaking at a press conference, Asadullah Sa’dati, Abdullah’s second vice presidential candidate, said that IEC was entering result sheets’ data into system against rules previously set.
He said that circles in the commission were coordinating with an electoral team in order to enter invalid votes into system.
Sa’adati said that IEC had no right to enter invalid votes into system.
He said that his team had many evidences of “systematic fraud” in the election and warned that his team would use any means to defend people’s votes if the commission fails to act according to laws.
Sa’dati claimed that his team was winner of the election considering biometric votes.
IEC is expected to announce preliminary results from the vote next week on October 19. Earlier, the commission said that it wouldn’t validate non-biometric votes.
