A group of three armed robbers has been arrested in Kabul, said National Directorate of Security (NDS).
NDS in a statement on Sunday said that its Special Forces arrested a group of armed robbers in PD4 of Kabul city.
The statement stated that 6 weapons were also confiscated from the robbers.
The detainees are identified as Ahmad Zaki alias as Kamando, head of the network, Naveed known as Homan, and Hasibullah, the statement said.
The statement noted that the arrested individuals confessed that they were part of a group led by Obaidullah alias Raees Obaid and have been involved in armed robbery and organizing destructive activities.
Raees Obaid a dangerous armed robber had previouly been arrested along with his 7 subordinates by NDS forces from PD10 of Kabul city.
