The European Union's foreign policy official called for the lifting of the Ukrainian grain embargo.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): "Joseph Burrell" in charge of foreign policy of the European Union, in a speech called for lifting the blockage of Ukrainian grain and considered it a matter of "life and death".

Reuters also reported that "Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu ordered the country's army to prioritize the destruction of Ukraine's long-range missiles and artillery weapons."
 
This order was carried out in response to the actions of Western countries, led by America, to send weapons to Ukraine.
 
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced in a statement: "Shoigu ordered the commanders to give priority to long-range missiles and artillery weapons of the enemy.”These weapons are used to bombard residential areas in Russian-controlled Donbass and deliberately set fire to wheat fields and grain storage silos."
 
A local news agency showed Shoigu in combat uniform talking to Deputy Defense Minister Yunusbek Yukurov.
 
Last month, US President "Joe Biden" announced the resupply of arms to Ukraine worth one billion dollars. At that time, the Pentagon also announced that the new weapons packages for Ukraine include 18 howitzers, 36,000 rounds of ammunition for them, two Harpoon coastal defense systems, artillery rockets, secure telecommunications equipment, thousands of night vision devices and funding for training.
 
Last week, while Ukraine has to pay salaries to health workers and provide other services in the current developments, the United States and the World Bank announced in a statement that they will provide 1.7 billion dollars more aid to this country.
