Minister of Trade and Industry of Afghanistan:

LPG prices will not increase in winter

LPG prices will not increase in winter
Nooruddin Azizi, Minister of Trade and Industry of Afghanistan, said in a meeting with a number of businessmen of the country that the price of liquid gas will not increase in winter.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Azizi said that Iran's representative in Afghanistan, Hassan Kazemi Qomi, has announced his country's readiness for oil transit and gas import to Afghanistan.

While talking about the extension of the oil and gas transit agreement with the Islamic Republic of Iran, Azizi had previously signed the oil and gas trade agreement with Russia.

Some economic experts believe that although Russia is a country rich in oil and gas, it is geographically far away from Afghanistan, and the long route and customs tariffs of the border countries between Afghanistan and Russia make oil and gas imported at a reasonable price. Don't become a country.

According to economic experts, Iran is the only country that is geographically closest to Afghanistan, especially by land, and the required oil and gas can be imported from this country at a cheaper price.

It should be noted that while the Minister of Trade and Industry assures the people of Afghanistan about the stability of gas prices, the price of fuel, such as coal and wood, is still high and people cannot afford to buy it to heat their homes in the cold season.
