In a clip published by the Intelligence Department, it shows a leader of the ISIS terrorist group who admits to being a member of the ISIS group and being involved in various assassinations.
This arrested member of the Daesh group introduces himself as a resident of Chaparhar district of Nangarhar province and claims that he accepted Daesh membership since 2017 and was involved in the murder of nearly 18 of his compatriots, including a telecommunication base guard.
