In the announcement of the Ministry of Mines, it is stated that in this process, 8 volunteer companies jointly won at a price of 120 Afghanis per ton.
 
It has been said that these companies are obliged to supply 400,000 tons of coal at a low price to the people in the city of Kabul in the coming winter.
