In a meeting with the Deputy Ambassador of Iran in Kabul, the Deputy Minister of Migrants and Returnees announced that a bilateral committee between Iran and Afghanistan will be formed to solve the problems of Afghan immigrants in Iran.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Ministry of Immigrants and Returnees Affairs published a newsletter yesterday (December 25) saying that Mawlavi Abdul Rahman Rashid, Deputy Minister of the Ministry, met and talked with Gholam Reza Najari, Iran's Deputy Ambassador in Kabul.

In this meeting, the parties exchanged views on the progress and results of the four-way meeting in Tehran, the situation of immigrants and future measures to provide more facilities.

Appreciating Iran's hosting of Afghan immigrants, the Deputy Minister of Migration said: The Islamic Emirate expects the Islamic Republic of Iran, its neighbor and co-religionist country, to pay more attention to solving the problems of the migrants in various fields.

Mawlavi Rashid stated that for this purpose, bilateral technical committees are supposed to be created and work will be done to prioritize the major problems of the immigrants, so that they can be solved in the next steps.

On the other hand, Gholam Reza Najari, Iran's deputy ambassador in Kabul, also called the creation of the mentioned committees effective and assured that Tehran will work to provide better conditions for the immigrants.
