Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: UNAMA or the office of the United Nations Deputy Mission in Afghanistan announced yesterday (Monday, January 23) by publishing a tweet that "Rosa Etanbayeva", the head of this office, met Hassan Kazemi Qomi, the new ambassador of Iran.
In this tweet, it is stated that the two sides discussed inclusive government, rights of women and girls, and Afghan refugees in Iran.
On the other hand, Hassan Kazemi Qomi, the new head of the Iranian Embassy in Kabul, in this meeting, demanded that the United Nations use all the capacities of the Islamic Republic of Iran to help the people of Afghanistan and increase regional cooperation in solving the economic, social and educational problems of the people of the country.
Kazemi Qomi also informed Roza Atanabayoa about Iran's readiness to fully activate Afghanistan's many capacities with the help and assistance of the United Nations.
Dealing with the phenomenon of terrorism and terrorist groups, especially ISIS, was one of the topics discussed in this meeting.
Hassan Kazemi Qomi, the special representative of the Iranian president for Afghanistan affairs, officially started working as the new head of the Iranian embassy in Kabul on Saturday, January 21.
This high-ranking Iranian diplomat has also served in the Iranian consulate in Herat.
