The contributions of the International Federation of Social Workers are sustainable
The Secretary General of the International Federation of Social Workers in Kabul, stating that the Afghan society is facing severe economic problems, added that this federation, with 150 member countries, is with the people of Afghanistan and the assistance of this social organization will be sustainable.

Masoud Ayubi, head of the Afghanistan Social Workers Institute, said in this program: The duty of social workers is to support the needy and solve the problems of the society.
 
He stated that we were able to get their support through continuous communication with the International Federation of Social Workers.
 
The head of the Institute of Social Workers added: In the current situation, when most aid organizations have reduced their humanitarian activities in Afghanistan and the economic conditions are not good, the International Federation of Social Workers should increase its aid.
 
Ayubi added that he will soon benefit from the humanitarian aid and economic activities of the International Federation of Social Workers of Afghanistan.
 
Rory Turwell, Secretary General of the International Federation of Social Workers, said: Millions of social workers working around the world are interested in knowing the social work situation in Afghanistan.
 
He stated that during his trip to Afghanistan, we saw the interest of the workers in helping their fellow countrymen that is why we talked to the representatives of the Ministries of Labor and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Health of the Islamic Emirate and they declared their readiness for cooperation.
 
He also added that there is no economy in the world that does not need social workers and social workers can save society from street and poor children and lead them to prosperity.
 
Turol added that the Afghanistan Institute of Social Workers has provided 8,000 families with economic jobs that are the same as their living conditions.
 
  He added that social work takes people's dignity and culture into account and provides economic activities according to their culture.
 
He also said: Afghan society is facing severe economic problems, for example, only 80% of the people of Herat are below the poverty line.
 
The secretary general of the International Federation of Social Workers added that this federation, with 150 member countries, is with the people of Afghanistan and the assistance of this federation will be sustainable.
 
This is despite the fact that the United Nations had previously announced the need for urgent aid for more than 28 million Afghan citizens.
