He referred to the words of Victoria Noland, the Deputy Secretary of State of the United States of America, in a meeting at the Carnegie Center recently, who called the military facilities in Russia's Crimea "legitimate goals" for Ukraine.
 

Zhirnov continued: As the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has announced, Russia's position is to fight for a multipolar world, to respect and consider the interests of each state in the international arena. This country is against the fact that the modern world is formed only in the interests of one country (the United States of America), because the United States of America has become accustomed to allowing everything for itself during the long years of colonialism, oppression and supremacy.
 

He stated that as a result of the wars started by the Americans after 2001, almost 900 thousand people were killed and more than 38 million people were forced to migrate, he noted that: Now the West has made Ukraine a country. It has become the so-called "anti-Russia". This project in its nature is a part of the vindictive policy towards this country, to create centers of instability and disputes, directly near the borders of the Russian state.
 

According to the Russian ambassador in Kabul, Washington and its allies in NATO always continue to implement their geopolitical plans to destroy Russia, and for this purpose, they more actively provide military weapons to Ukraine and train its soldiers and they help their mercenaries in Kiev in determining the goals and direction of the attacks.
 

He explained: In recent years, the "Common West", which has grown the neo-Nazi regime in Kiev and made it a tool to listen to commands, is trying in vain to defeat the Russian regime through it. Today, Western countries want Ukraine to continue aggressive operations and occupy new territories in Russian territory, although they understand that such plans have failed.
 

According to Zhirnov, it is indifferent to the Western countries that thousands of innocent people pay the price of such a policy with their lives, but the Western leaders are fully responsible for igniting the war in Ukraine and increasing the number of victims of this war. They have, and of course the Kiev regime is responsible for such a situation, which the people are alien to in the nature of the matter.
 

He emphasizes that he defends and protects the lives of people and his home in Ukraine, but the goal of the West is to use this country as a tool as a "battling ram" against Russia and a "polygon" as a power without borders. The sake of Russia will not reconcile with such a situation.
 

These talks are raised while a year has passed since the beginning of the crisis in Ukraine, but the stubbornness of the Ukrainian government and the abundant arms aid from America and the West do not envision any clear prospects for the end of this war.
