Some of world leaders congratulated Erdogan on his victory in the Turkish elections
With the announcement of the final results of the Turkish presidential election, a large number of world leaders such as Russian President Vladimir Putin, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Qatar’s Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, and Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif congratulated Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his victory.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): In his congratulatory message to Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Russian President Vladimir Putin attributed this success to the people's support for his "selfless" efforts and "independent foreign policy".
 
In this message, Putin appreciated Erdogan's efforts to strengthen friendly relations between Russia and Turkey and mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.
 
Meanwhile, Iran's President Sayed Ebrahim Raisi, in a message congratulating Erdogan on his re-victory in the Turkish presidential election, considered it to be a sign of continued valuable trust of the Turkish people and said: strengthening the close relations and cooperation between the two countries in the face of developments in the region and the world. Islam will provide more suitable conditions to strengthen peace, stability and development in the region.
 
After Al Jazeera announced the victory of Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the second round of the Turkish presidential election, the Emir of Qatar congratulated him in a tweet.
 
On the other hand, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said in his congratulatory message: Erdogan's victory in the presidential elections and the superiority of the Justice and Development Party in the parliamentary elections are significant in many ways, which shows the trust of the Turkish people in his dynamic leadership.
 
He added: Pakistan-Turkey bilateral relations will continue on their upward path and Islamabad is looking forward to working with Erdogan's government to further deepen the strategic partnership of the two brotherly countries.
 
Recep Tayyip Erdogan won 52.14 percent of the votes in the second round of the Turkish presidential election.
 
After announcing the final results of the elections, in a speech at the presidential palace in Ankara, he thanked his people for the umpteenth time and addressed them: "We will build Turkey's century together."
