Zabihullah Mujahid: Pakistan should not blame its shortcomings on Afghanistan
Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, in response to the recent statements of the Minister of Defense and the Chief of Staff of the Pakistan Army regarding the movements of the Pakistani Taliban in Afghanistan, said that the problems and problems of Pakistan should be solved inside this country and that Pakistan should not blame its shortcomings on Afghanistan.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) Kabul: Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, yesterday Saturday, July 15, in response to the words of the Minister of Defense of Pakistan regarding the "Islamic Emirate's non-commitment to the Doha Agreement", said that this agreement was signed with the United States and not with Pakistan.

In an interview with "BBC" Pashto, Mr. Mujahid added that "the Doha peace agreement has been signed with America and Afghanistan's soil will not be used against Pakistan and Pakistan is a brotherly and Muslim country."

Previously, Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said a day after the Pakistan Army's statement was published that he was deeply concerned about the safe havens and freedom of action that Pakistani Taliban militants have in Afghanistan.

However, Mr. Mujahid says that if the Pakistani government shares the evidence with them, they will take action against the Pakistani Taliban. The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate adds that they have held meetings with the Pakistani side regarding TTP.

The Minister of Defense of Pakistan had also warned the Islamic Emirate that if they do not act against terrorist groups, Pakistan will use all possible resources and measures "with the guidance of God" to protect its soil and citizens.

This is while the head of Pakistan's army has said that we expect the Islamic Emirate not to allow the use of its soil to create terror against any country, in the true sense and in line with the obligations contained in the Doha Agreement.

However, Mujahid said in response to the question that if the Pakistani army attacks the Afghan territory again, "We will seriously prevent it and we will not allow anyone to encroach on our territory."

The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate also pointed to the mediation of the Islamic Emirate in the failed talks between the Islamic State and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Taliban and said that representatives of the Pakistani Taliban came from North Waziristan for these talks and now that the negotiations have ended, the negotiations have ended.
