Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The media have reported that the Chinese Defense Minister will give a speech at a security conference during his stay in Moscow.
China, which is considered a strategic ally of Moscow, has not condemned Russia's attack on Ukraine, but has emphasized respecting the right to territorial integrity.
China participated in the conference held last week in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with the presence of 30 countries to support Ukraine, a meeting in which Russia was not present.
Meanwhile, Ukraine says that Russia has targeted Odessa port with 15 drones and 8 surface-to-surface missiles.
According to Ukrainian officials, the anti-aircraft defense targeted the drones and missiles, but their debris hit a supermarket and a dormitory, causing a fire and injuring three supermarket employees.
Edessa, the most important port on the western Black Sea, has come under increasing attack after Russia pulled out of an agreement to export Ukrainian agricultural products from the Black Sea, known as the grain route.
