United Nations: 5 to 7 thousand ISIS are still present in Iraq and Syria

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): A group of UN experts have claimed in a report to the Security Council of this organization that in the first half of this year, the threat of the ISIS terrorist group has increased in some areas of conflict in Iraq and Syria.
 
According to Fars, this report states: "ISIS is still active in general, and despite the severe damage it has suffered and the extent of its activities in Syria and Iraq has decreased, there is still a risk of this group's return."
 
Referring to ISIS's new strategy, the report adds: "The group has adapted its strategy to the existing conditions, integrating with local residents and carefully choosing battles where it is expected to suffer heavy casualties." The group has also recruited and recruited more militants from camps in northeastern Syria and from vulnerable communities, including in neighboring countries.
 
UN experts have also said that despite continuous operations against terrorism, ISIS continues to organize between five and seven thousand members from all parts of Iraq and Syria, most of whom are former forces. According to this report, among these people, 3,500 people have the citizenship of Iraq and 2,000 people have the citizenship of more than 70 countries.
 
According to experts, ISIS has deliberately reduced the level of its operations in order to facilitate its recruitment and recovery.
 
This report is published in a situation where ISIS terrorists have launched several terrorist operations in Syria in recent weeks. In the latest case, 32 Syrian army soldiers were killed while riding a bus during an ambush by ISIS terrorists in Syria's Deir ez-Zor province.
 
On the other hand, the increase in the activities of the ISIS group is at a time when the camps under the control of the American coalition in Syria, especially the "Al Hol" camp in Al-Hakseh province, are considered the main detention and detention centers for ISIS terrorists; An issue that is also mentioned in the report of the UN experts and it is stated: "Nearly 11,000 armed people, who are likely to be ISIS fighters, are in custody in northeastern Syria in facilities affiliated with the Kurdish forces."
 
 
Local Syrian sources have repeatedly reported that the Americans have transferred ISIS terrorists from these centers to their bases in order to train them for terrorist operations.
 
According to the report of UN experts, there are 55,000 people under detention in the two camps of "Alhol" and "Rouge" who were either members of ISIS themselves or one of their family members, especially the father, was a member of ISIS. These people live in very difficult conditions and, in the words of this report, with "great human difficulties".
 
Therefore, according to the report, one third of the residents of these camps are children, 11,800 people from Iraq and 16,000 people from Syria, and more than 6,700 youths from 60 different countries of the world live in these camps.
 
According to UN experts, the ISIS group has not yet given up on the "Khilafah Youth" program, which includes the education of children, and is recruiting and training children, especially in the Al-Hol camp.
