Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mazar-e-Sharif: Officials in the Oil and Gas Department of Balkh Haritaan Port say that in the last four months, 80 wagons of low-quality oil and gas have been returned to Uzbekistan.
According to this department, during laboratory testing, the imported oil was determined to be of poor quality and returned to Uzbekistan.
