The Afghanistan Cricket Board has announced that the country's U19 national cricket team defeated the host team of South Africa by 47 runs in their second competition in the framework of the 19-year-old tripartite competition.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): In Sunday's game, the South African team was recognized as the winner of the draw, this team chose to bowl first, Afghanistan scored 177 runs for the opponent team in 39 overs and by losing all their wickets. 

In this match, Rahimullah Zarmati scored 47 runs from 84 balls, Jamshid Zadran scored 33 runs from 53 balls, and Hassan Isa Khel scored 31 runs from 21 balls. It is worth mentioning that the rest of the Afghan cricketers could not score more runs and each one was eliminated one after the other.

The South African team faced a lot of problems in the second half due to the very good performance of Afghanistan's bowlers, who finally scored 129 runs in 30.4 overs by losing all their wickets and lost to Afghanistan by 47 runs.

In their first match, Afghanistan was defeated by the Indian team by six wickets.

Afghanistan will compete against India in the return match of this tournament on January 4 and will play the return match against South Africa on January 8.

It is worth mentioning that the three-way U19 cricket competition between the national U19 cricket teams of Afghanistan, South Africa and India has been launched for the preparation of these teams for the 19-year-old cricket world cup.
